In Te Ngahere we have been running around the school to practice for cross country. We have been running 2 laps around the school seeing what your time is. So basically the teacher holds a stopwatch/phone, then we run around the school 2 times and see what your time is. The point of this (apart for practice) is for personal improvement. The first run we had my time was 9 minutes 54 seconds, my second time was 6 minutes 15 seconds, my third time was 5 minutes 43 seconds and my last one was 5 minutes 33 seconds. My opinion is if you are fast you would get 5 minutes and under and if you are slow that would be 8 minutes and over. What I enjoy about running around the school is, it’s good exercise and it’s good for your health.
Here is my Graph in seconds.

Hi Dayton it’s Bailey. You have achieved getting faster each time on your graph. Congratulations Dayton. And I have also achieved getting faster.
