In Te Ngahere, we went to our whare to see a author. Her name was Katarina Lee, she wrote a book called Rise of the Boy King which is a lost in time series. She also wrote a picture book which I can’t remember the name of but it is about an octopus named Omri. She told us about her books, how she became an author and we played instruments for her while she was singing. What I really enjoyed was choosing a teacher to dance on stage. It would’ve been so funny if our teacher went on stage and did the octopus dance.
